Courtyard Boston Natick Hotel, Natick

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were fine, though a bit musty, and I had to tackle the temperature issue even with the AC on. The staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The location was convenient, especially for family gatherings, but I did notice a blood stain on the blanket in my room. The dining options were limited and pricey. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers decent value for the money.

This hotel in Framingham makes for an obvious choice for our family visits. The rooms were fine, but they lack a safe and could use some updating with fresher colors for the walls and furniture. The service was excellent; the staff went out of their way to satisfy us and were very friendly. The location, although lacking atmosphere, is convenient being close to the Mass Pike and next to the Natick Collection with its shops and restaurants. The dining experience was above average with some options; however, not all were satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with great potential for improvements.
